Workbot
Workbot is a chatbot that builds and executes your integrations for you, completely on Slack. We needed a rebrand to showcase Workbot's growing functionalities, and I led the design for this project from low-fidelity to high-fidelity. Overall, pageviews increased by 74%.
My Role
I worked closely with the marketing team to ship this project in September 2017, leading design for the website, app listings, ebook and the digital campaign. We launched at the inaugural Slack Frontiers 2017 in San Francisco, a two-day invitation-only conference for leading thinkers, developers, and Slack partners.
Use case: Workbot provides quick and effective deal support
To introduce the first integration chatbot of its kind, we had to figure out how to unpack this concept in an effective way for uninitiated users.

Letting Chatbots Do all the Work, a primer
With the success of our previous eBooks focused on marketing and customer support, we created a new book for Slack Frontiers 2017. It was also used at the Workato-Slack Meetup @ Slack HQ, and at Dreamforce 2017 in San Francisco.
Featuring 56 pages of chatbot integration wisdom, the books were a huge success both at the conference and as an online lead generation tool, with a 29.03% conversion rate.

Postcard Collateral
I also created this set of postcards as takeaway 'cheatsheets' for participants of the first Workato-Slack Meetup, held at the Slack HQ. The postcards abstract integrations into simple visualizations that anyone can understand.
Workbot in the Slack Directory
Another part of our marketing strategy was to refresh Workbot's app marketplace presence. I spruced up the Workbot listing on the Slack chatbots directory, creating new screens to demonstrate its powerful functionality in an easy-to-read manner.
